The appointment of Trixie Anne Palwala as Customer Relationship Manager reflects the burgeoning success of trm’s SRP solutions – and the company’s determination to maintain a superlative standard of service. Producing half a million shelf ready packs every week, trm are unsurpassed in providing simple but ingenious packaging solutions. Their success has come from understanding customer needs and concerns. Trixie Palwala is taking on the newly created role of Customer Relationship Manager to ensure that, however big the business becomes, each customer will still enjoy the personal approach. Originally from Bristol, now living in Southport, Trixie brings a wealth of experience to trm, gathered from her years working in the industry. Solutions-driven and customer-focused, she already typifies the trm philosophy. Trixie will be demonstrating her proven skills by conscientiously and carefully guiding customers’ orders through trm’s internal supply chain. Since leaving her high profile position at Kite Packaging where she successfully managed existing customers and developed new business within Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales, Trixie has immersed herself in the hectic world of shelf ready packaging solutions that trm are experiencing. Having already achieved huge success in supplying the complete range of corrugated packaging, trm are finding that more and more major retailers are directing their suppliers to them for their SRP solutions and that, in turn, has meant more and more customers for whom an exemplary service is expected. With a sound knowledge of the product, and a total commitment to continually improving the supply chain, Trixie will ensure that the company’s core values remain crucial to its growth.
